How to report an incorrect specification, broken source or calculator problem.
Send evidence that identifies the exact issue
Use the contact address on our Contact page. Include the page URL, the statement or field you believe is wrong, the exact product model and revision, and a current manufacturer source where possible. Please do not include passwords, order-payment details or other sensitive information.
What we review
We compare the report with the cited source and the product identity. A source that refers to another size or generation may not settle the issue. Where sources conflict, the record should show the uncertainty rather than prematurely replacing one unsupported value with another.
Calculator reports
Include the input values, the result you received and the expected arithmetic. Do not send private site plans or personal location details unless they are genuinely necessary. A confirmed software issue should receive a regression test; a limit of the stated model should be explained as a limit.
Resolution
Material changes to a technical record should be reflected in its source notes and review date. We do not promise a fixed response time or remove a documented limitation solely because a commercial partner requests it.
